First Yoga Course

This afternoon finally I got a nap time to take the Yoga course. Now I am almost breaking my back. The movements looks very easy, but after I experience in real, now I am worry about tomorrow's hot Yoga course. I hope "Buddha" bless me tomorrow.
I think it's interesting to explain something in religion, such like "oh my God", "God bless you" and "merry Christmas" don't mean that I am a Christian to believe the only God. I think it is the same meaning in my world, but there is no appropriate words to use in English. I believe that the existence of God. Also, I am a polytheism. In my view, I don't deny your mind or any possible, even I think that the contradictory things may exist at the same time. As for Christmas, I think it has become a commercial holiday. Above is a digression.

And back to the topic, I have chatted with my Belgium friend that our Young people really like to learn yoga more than Tai-Chi. Because she had studied in Taiwan for a semester, therefore she could see many people learn Tai-Chi, a kind of chinois kung-fu, in the parks everywhere. And now I want to show her the place where I go to learn yoga, the following picture is near my home and in 3 floor.
Next you can see the interior decoration and equipment in the picture. I like the atmosphere in the class. The only drawback is higher tuition. Yet I think it is worth.

  2. I think so, but perhaps you have heard that yoga is a basic art material and chinese kung-fu is also from India's basic art material. I just want to change the function of my body, and then try to communicate with my body. Furthermore, I am a fan of martial arts, haha
