Water and Ink Painting

After last Saturday I went back to Taiwan, and this week I started to work as usual. Because it's still in the new year's month, I taught them to paint a topic related with Asian New Year.
In Taiwan, orange stands for good luck because of the transliteration. And the apple represents the peace, as for the pineapple means the prosperity.
I also need to inform kids this kind of information and then also teach them how to write traditional chinese on the paper. I think it's interesting, because it made me think of my childhood. I held my students' hand to write the word, and they seemed to be happy when they held the brush pen to write the traditional chinese.
Who wanna try calligraphy? I can hold your hand to write that, haha

Ant cave

Tonight I was busy for organizing the students works because the end of the semester. I think I would continue the busy situation until I go out of Taiwan. That is the only chance to take a break finally, and my life is like an ant to work diligent outside. Yet I would like to sleep all day long in my room.
There is a child to think that ants dig the treasures underground, that's why they need to work hard. Good job, I never thought ants dig the treasures. Another one thought that ant could ride the skateboard car, I also think it is a good idea, therefore I upload those art works on my blog. Later I would go back to organize the works again.

The Monochrome Painting

Last week I taught my students how to use the brush pen with ink to paint the monochrome night view. Some students are lack of creative, therefore I would give some hints. For example, I will ask students what they would see at night. And one answer gets one star to accumulate the total starts for changing the gift.
The picture on the up-left is special. But the truth is that he didn't know how to draw the house originally, that's why at the begining he painted the sea with fish. Also I felt interesting when I saw the cat face to be the second moon of the bottom right. As for the building is a symbol of my city, this kid is good at imitating what I painted on the board.
The color depth of the picture is adding water. It's Asian old sketch paiting way. I am not very good at this kind of painting, just I have learned since I was a kid.

Seal Painting

Today I let children to creat a work with the seals. And I think that seals always work for children. I used to collect different stamps to seal on the paper when I was little, I never pretended to be like a mature lady to use my Mama's jewelry. I liked to collect the business card and take my Papa's mobilephone to pretend to be a white-collar worker, university student or doctor. Anyway, I just wanted to pretend that I have some things to do at that time though it was stupid.
Most children put the paper in transverse direction, only one put his paper in the direction of straight.
Last, I think the last work did well and clear to see the animals, also the image has depth of field on work.
Tomorrow is a big day, and I would get up early to vote.

Lion By Tear and Paste

My schedule is full every day, this week I wanted to upload the art works by my students. Same for the tear and paste art class, but the topic is the lion. I hope you could see the lion in the picture. Every child's lion isn't same at all. But you would also know what they want to express. Some children like to copy others' ideas, but I don't like everything is same. In this way, the living would be boring. So while a child tells me that he or she wants to be same with some body, I would like to tell them every work is unique and beautiful. I found that sometimes children just want to build the confidence by glorification.

Rabbit Resin Clay

Yesterday I was too busy, therefore I didn't use my Witte to take a photo. This week I taught the children for resin clay, and it's their favorite. I remembered when I was little that I also loved the resin clay, pottery clay and paper clay with water color painting. In addition, I love to make the three-dimensional things. I think those things are my toys. I have thought why my Mom cannot make this kind of staffs for me when I was a child, and I told myself what if I have children in the future, I would teach them how to make a lot of toys. But now I think it's hard to have my own children, therefore I would give many gifts for my beloved─ Taiwan. I hope my gifts for Taiwan would touch more Taiwaner and make them pass the torch of spirit.

Self-Portrait for children

I just have an hour for working on Friday. Last week there was a student absent because of sickness, and today he arrived to the class first. He told me that he missed me. I don't know why children love to chat with me, perhaps I am a child king? I usually enjoy a sense of accomplishment from job. Sometimes I am a little bit frustrated when I face the bad students. It is rarely to happen, after all.
I cannot imagine in his world is almost blue, even the humanbeings are blue.



And today that boy huged me all of a sudden. I was shock for a minute at that time, and he told me,"teacher, I love you." in chinois. But it is better than before I had a girl student, she liked to call me teacher all the time, and she would cry as long as I saw other students' painting works for a long while, because she felt I ignored her.
Finished my work, I feel that I have a good mood until now.

Tyrannosaurus

I have heard that the dragon in West is regard as the evil, yet in Asia is considered a sacred symbol. To distinguish between Oriental Dragon depends on the number of toes. Japanese dragon, known as "Tatsu" or "Ryu", are three-toed. On the other hand, the dragon has four-toed from the Korean. And in chinois history, the dragon has been revered, and the legends combined with dragons and kings. Only the emperor could use the dragon pattern. So far, the Chinois still regard themselves as "descendants of the dragon."
Today I taught my students how to make a Tyrannosaurus by three-dimensional crafts. They enjoyed a lot. In addition, I want to complain one thing, why the Western dinosaur name is always long and difficult to remember? Who created theses words? And actually our people are more willing to visit the America is for Dinosaur Museum when we was little to know the dinosaur. Threfore in our memory that America is the best and smartest country in the world. You can say this is very superficial, I would not deny it.
In fact, I know many names of dinosour in chinois; however, I don't know how to remeber that in English, it is a bit difficult to me. Therefore I just taught them how to draw the Tyrannosaurus Rex. Because I want to type in my blog, that's why.

Boys usually like the blue color, therefore they wanted to pained in blue color.

And this girl only like the pink color, in her world is filled with pink.

Actually this is a group of three-dimensional puzzle. Get it? If no, next I will show my dragon model of teaching.

I didn't let them cut the paw, because it is very difficult for them. They would paint the paw next time, since at that time the watercolor not yet dried.

Typhoon Day Off

This summer there was no typhoon in Taiwan, it is a sad and bad news. Because typhoon brings a lot of raindrop to Taiwan, it make us get the harvest. Also we have 258 mountains more than 3000 meters, the mountains protect our people avoiding the serious harm. It is different from other countries. They don't have many high mountains. That's why typhoon or tornado harm them seriously.
Because this summer no typhoon, the fall comes 3 typhoons at the same time, and today I had a day off because of the typhoon day. Now I just pray and hope it rains in the area which lack of water.
And because there was a TW net pal, Wendy, she every day asked me what did I do, and I usually wrote the letter for my foreign pen pals. Then she told me every time, it sounds nice, I also want to recieve the letter. It continued for many times, and then I told her I could write a letter to her. But I also wrote on the letter for her, she doesn't need to reply the letter to me. Because I just want to exchange the foreigners and intorduce our culture. As for her, I think we are TW, I don't need to introduce our culture to her. Sorry, but I don't know why other TW haven't told me like that. We usually think about giving the best for foreigners.
So I don't want to paint anymore. To me, I just want to make other people happy. Actually I am very lazy. I can do many things, but I need the good intention. In this way, I will learn how to cook the TW delicious food before I study aboard. I don't want to let others laugh at I from TW, a country of delicious food, and I can't cook.

And because she lives in Taiwan, I could use my cute envelope, because the address is short in chinios.
I finally have a chance to show other envelope in Taiwan, we use many cute envelope but small to write the long long adress.
Even though we use chinios as for the offical language, but I think our people sign up the interpals is because to learn the English well, not only for the making friend who speak chinois but forget the original purpose. Therefore I still write in English for her.

Wind Bell

It has been for a long time to make the resin clay works, and this Friday we need to make a wind bell. Originally I want to find more works to take the photos, but tonight is the lightning day, I had to take a photo then back my home quickly.


Now it's raining here, it is cooling the temperture down. However, the lightning is so scary.

An amazing umbrella

These days I was almost melted, then today I came up with an idea from my brain, if there is an umbrella to has the solar panels with nano coating, and when the umbrella open, it would be absorption of solar energy to generate electricity, as if your head is cooling with fan, in addition to a transparent cover your body to prevent the UV. Then I will feel not hot when I am outside.

Ink and Water painting

In Asia, there is a special painting way, that is ink and water painting. You have to use a writing brush to paint, and you can decide let it colorful, you can also paint in watercolors. Or you just only use a writing bruch to express the things you paint, it is like a sketch in Western.
I have been for a long time to upload some students works, and it is also a good way to show our another painting way. Following I will show some ink and water painting from my kindergarten students. And the topic they draw is "Goldfish". I don't know why some students draw the upright fish. However it looks cute.






There are three attitudes for work, professionalism, dedication and enjoyment. First of all, professionalism is the most basic requirement in your workplace. Second, dedication is an attitude and a spiritual, rather than the ability. When difficulties come, dedicated workers will overcome all difficulties. Last, the third level is enjoyment which is also a heart-level for workers. When you like a job, you will identify with it, finally work will become a part of your life. Starting from the interest, work is not complete for fame, power and money. Therefore your power will never be exhausted, because you like it and enjoy your work!

All I can describe my birthday is busy

This Monday is my birthday, and it's the women'd day, finally I can pround of it. I remembered that there were 2 girl classmates asked me when was I born, at that time I directly told them that I was born in March 8, for the number it is 38, and then it is like a bad word as bitch. Since then, I seldom tell my friends and classmates for my birthday, I am afraid of this homophonic. It happened in my kindergarten period.

Even I have celebrated very big birthday party in class, but it was long long ago. This year my Mom, classmates and friends seperatly celebrated it for 3 days, because my part-time job then my classamtes seem to think I prefer to paint most, actually I love toys most, therefore I love toys from my friends. And then I thought back, I found that I have more than 13% of the ancestral Austronesian, and our people did it too. I remind that I also like to dance with some songs if the atmosphere is very high, our people also like to clap playing beat, we also swing the body with the melody. The bad thing is that I am not good at singing, it's not like the Austronesian, they are usually good at sport, music and art. I think that if I say that I have their blood, then I probably lost their face. Perhaps I need to practice it then I could admit that I have their blood.

Actually I really hated people said I am cute at that time.

And the followed 2 pictures was the photo recorded I dancing the Chinese folk dance then, at that time my Mom told a lie to me, because I wanted to learn Chinese Kongfu until I found all I learn is a big lie, I really hated people cheating my feeling as our education cheated us that we are all Chinese. If it is not the case, I did not discriminate against my own and real cultures.

Actually I don't like this kind of custom for folk dance.

I could not find the photo for Ballet dance, but this photo can understand I would go to the ballet dance course soon, and my Mom forced me to play piano of the time.




I think if I cannot find a soul mate in the future, then my Mom has to bear half the responsibility, because she gave me so much, I could not find the another me, she made me used to this kind of life, I cannot bear to get along with a person who has blank mind.

I cannot help myself to learn Arabic

I knew Arabic language is difficult to learn by myself, even though I have collceted a lot of informations to learn.

And then I delayed the plans to learn Arabic, I think French perhaps is easier than Arabic, after all I have learned English for 10 years and German for almost 3 years, I think French will not be difficult as Arabic.

However, this winter vacation I take a break for my school studies, and I can read at least one book from library or bookstore every day.

The other free time at night I don't want to learn French or read more French thing, I just want to chat with my Arab friends in Arabic, in addition I found that Iran use the similar alphabets but Persian, I am very interested in this country than other Arab country, because I read a lot of material are novels in Chinese, it usually mentioned to ancient Persian has strange and excellent Kongfu than China at that time.

This is why I have strong intention to understand Iran. If Iran still preserve this cultural asset, I do not rule out the possibility of someday visiting.

I think maybe I have another identity, that is, dreamer. Fortunately, my mother always poured my passion, she will tell me that dreams cannot to eat, and you will starve to death, that's why I have two kinds of extreme personality. I think my rational thinking built on romanticism.

Today I read a book its name 竹中式マトリクス勉強法

This sunday I didn't have any special plans, that is, read a few books in the bookstore.

I love to know the business model bookstores around the world, because we have some bookstores run 24-hours, in addition space becomes interactive and proactive, it make people love reading in bookstores. Even so, I think we don't have a strong motivation on pursuiting knowledges as Japanese as well.

Today I like the book its name "竹中式マトリクス勉強法" in Japanese, but I read a Chinese translation book, haha (smirk)


The author is 竹中平藏(Takenaka Heizo), who was Japan's Finance Minister.

He referred to a matrix learning method. Because I thought it is really good, then I translated this table in English then made a picture to share with my friends.
So what are your plans?

In 2010 my A-Style goals of learning is passing the "Civil Service Examination". Respectively, for the general administration and administrative police.

And then my B-Style goals of learning are the constitution, criminal law, civil law, administrative law, the basis of administration(these are all subjects for my civil service exam) , English, German, Japanese

C-Style are a lot, haha=] there are Aikido, Kendo, Yoga, Tap Dance, Kido(the game of "Go" like chess) and sailing boat.

As for the life of learning, this year I want to increase my international perspective, and Asian history, such as Japan, Korea, Vietnam and Thailand. Then I will go for a trip for Japan this year to observe their adventages and disadventages.


No matter how much I learned, my ultimate goal is to be able to improve my country.

The future of transport

Not long ago there was a teacher referred to the German Environmental Protection, and I saw a cool E-Bike, I like the shapes of modern E-Bike.

Since then I have been thinking about whether to apply the experience of Germany in Taiwan.

I have a handsome style bicycle. But this is not an electric bike... Sometimes I am lazy to ride it to my college, because it will takes 23 minutes, in the other hand, my scooter just takes 14-15 minutes..

Today, I specifically searched the pictures for electric bikes.
And then I have an idea, if there is an electric bicycle can be combined with solar, wind, water and even step-on by feet to produce electricity and then storage.

In addition it can be folded easily incorporated, that's way people don't need to be fear of being stolen.

I very much hope that we can reduce the amount of air pollution in Taiwan.

This idea for me might be crazy, but my thoughts are always fanciful, ha=]
