Ich liebe dich, Taiwan!

Now I am listening the song which is very familiar to Japanese and Taiwanese. The last day I left, we listened this song and sang the melody.

Since I stayed in New Zealand 4 weeks, I found that I love Taiwan more than before. I did the powerpoint to introduce Taiwan when I took the speaking class in New Zealand. Everytime people ask me the romantic love, I just smile but keep silent. In fact, I usually stare the photo as follow, and then think the history in the past. My heart is still full of pain when I think of the hopelessness eyes in the photo. And then Pinpu tribes almost disappeared in Taiwan's history. It was photographed in 1871 A.D. by Thomson who is from Britain. When teacher asked me the military service in Taiwan and my opinion, I almost want to tell her what if we have the female president in 2012, I would like to do military service same as male for a year. Because our boys are weak-minded to fear of war and protect Taiwan. However, I think it's hard to have a female president in 2012 in Taiwan. So I just replied to her that I think it must be in Taiwan.
I know I cannot touch politics, that's why all I can do is to touch economics. I have thought the worst-case estimate. What if.. then I would like to learn Jews way to re-build. I hope for the best, and prepare for the worst. Because I really don't want to see the repeating history.
Anyway, this time the harvest I gain is to market Taiwan. When I left to New Zealand, I taught many Japanese students to say "I love Taiwan" in chinois and how to greet with us in Taiwanese. So I can hear many times "Wo ai Taiwan". It's the voice inside my heart. Of course, I also invite Chillian, Filipino, Thai, Malaysian and Korean friends to come to Taiwan.
From yesterday to today, I rode my scooter around my city and said hello inside my heart to the city. I standed on the beach then heard the voice of sea and breathed the smell of sea. I really want to record the sounds of Taiwan. And now I would like to climb on the top of mountain to shout the title, ich liebe dich, Taiwan, wherever and whenever.
