Second, I didn't tell Linda that our people love to invest and earn money then use that for donation. Yet our people don't like to go shopping at all. We would think that you run out of money on shopping and you have to work more harder with higher pressure. Maybe that is also why the researches showed our people used to save the little money but prefer to spend on large amount of money, such as, house and car. Now our hot topics are how to invest after Japan's tsunami and donate money to Japan. In addition, many Taiwanese like to retire earlier and then work as for volunteer or learn new things when they get older. We think these are happy things in life. What if no political problem for Taiwan, I have thought to work volunteer job in Africa as the first choice. But now I must challenge my weak character to do something meaningful things for my love. I cannot figure out why other Asian girls tell me that I should find a partner to live, otherwise I would feel lonely. Perhaps they also cannot understand how deep the pain of my heart. Until I finish all goals I set, I would stop the pain from Taiwan. So the first step is to beyond myself in the past.

台湾がチャリティー番組で40億円の義援金が集まる 「ありがとう台湾！」と感謝の声
親日国家の台湾が3月11日に日本で起きた地震に対してチャリティー番組を行い、その番組を通じて集まった義援金が40億円（15億元）に達したという。台湾は日本と近いことから親身になって心配してくれているとのこと台湾の人口は2000万人。この短期間でこんなにも義援金が集まったのは異例のことだという。とても嬉しい話だ。
この義援金は台湾赤十字を通じて日本に送られるとされている。
