I think I have kept in touch with my Algeria penpal over one year. But my Arabic handwriting is always for greeting only. So don't ask me how about my Arabic learning. I would run away. It is not very short time and distance between Taiwan and Algeria in Africa. Mostly it needs to take four weeks to arrive there from Taiwan, and six to eight weeks to arrive to Taiwan from Algeria. Still, I am interested in Africa culture. What's more, I prefer to interchange something with different countries and cultures.
The above picture is the letter I got from Algeria. And she told me that she was born in August. So I went to stationary to buy a cute pen for her as birthday gift. Though it is not expensive gift, I hope she would like it. And this month all I think is dolphin. That's why I drew a dolphin which brings gift of friendship. Actually our sea shores can see dolphins, whales and many marine life. But our people never found it is really precious. So there is a boring HK guy to ask me why not I find a boy friend, suddenly I miss dolphins. I would rather to spend my time on feeding dolphins or takeing care our forests, stray dogs, old people, but not for sexual kind of things. Since then, I really want to think a good way to make sure my job and after job I could do those things I yearn for. I like to: pile a sand castle, swim with dolphin or dive with them, plan some plants, lie on the grass and hold whole sky in my arm, make something from clay, listen to the voices from the heartbeat of earth, watch the night sky and divine the future's weather, build a secret base and conduct a retreat...
I think this summer is a qualitative change in my life. After I finished my pupa period, I want to change my name.
